Because you hear the word gay and my name, you automatically label me as gay, so ,” Hey this is my friend Nik” becomes ” Hey, this is my gay friend Nik” or, “Oh hey you will know you are gay.” Yes I am gay, but I am also much more than that, I am Smart, I am Kind, I am a Successful Young adult. Just because I am gay does not mean that is all I am.
